It refers to maintenance service of the Appliance based on the T&C of the Rental Agreement provided by SK Magic's technician(s) or Magic Specialist during the contract period.

Yes, an 8% SST is applied to our Magic Care service renewals and purchases starting from June 1, 2024.
Magic Care Service Package (MCSP)
For water and air purifiers; and POE, the service cycle is 2-months or 4-months. For air condition, washer and dryer, the service cycle is 6-months and 18-months.
During the warranty Period, we will provide rental service and repair service at its discretion but the warranty shall exclude any damages caused to any part of/or the whole appliance by negligence, improper use or unauthorized service by customers.
During the contract period, if you request product repair due to a product problem there will be no charge. However, requests for product damage/exterior replacement due to the customer's negligence will incur additional charges.
The Rental Collection Handling Fee is a charge of RM10 per month, as specified in the rental contract under clause 2.12(c) and (d).
Customers who have failed to make at least 3 months payments via Auto Debit or Direct Debit will be charged the Rental Collection Handling Fee. The fee will be applied in the following month.
SK Magic allows customers to use manual payment methods. However, a Rental Collection Handling Fee will be applied if the customer fails to make a payment for at least one month (current month). This fee will be charged in the following month.
RM10 will be charged per month FOR EACH PRODUCT with more than 3 months outstanding.
No, you won’t be charged the Rental Collection Handling Fee if you have cleared ALL outstanding and activated auto-debit with a valid card and sufficient funds.
Yes, customers could request a waiver of the rental collection handling fee if they cleared ALL outstanding and activated auto-debit with a valid card and sufficient funds. The waiver is a one-time offer per customer. To request it, customers must email collection@skmagic.com.my with proof of payment.
You can pay your monthly rental via the following methods:
i. Autodebit: monthly deduction from your Debit/Credit Card
ii. E-Mandate: monthly deduction from your Saving/Current account
iii. JomPay: via biller code 69450

One time payment via Debit/Credit Card or 0% interest instalment plan when you select credit card outright purchase with the selected participating bank.
It is also known as Easy Payment Plan that allows you to repay the amount of your outright purchase in installments over the course of 6 months to 36 months with 0% interest free. This applies only to credit card transactions and subject to bank approval.
After placing your order with the option of Outright Purchase, in the payment page you will be able to choose the 0% interest instalment plan with the selected participating bank.
Once the order is submitted, you are not allowed to change your payment option.

A dedicated 13A plug point is required, extension cord is not recommended as it will result to voltage drop. Water supply point with readily installed water outlet piping near to product installation location.
For tankless type water purifier, the minimum water pressure is 1.2 bar/17.4 psi. For tank type water purifier, the minimum water pressure is 0.5 bar/7.2 psi.
If the water pressure level at the your premise falls below the required PSI, you may be required to install a booster pump at your own expense.
